Children of Illyria Foundation
The Children of Illyria Foundation is a New York-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity organization, dedicated to enriching the lives of orphans and helping them realize their full potential. Our charity focuses on providing aid to orphanages located in the Balkans region of Europe; specifically Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro and Macedonia. Our charity is unique in that our support is measurable, scalable, and most importantly, guards against corruption.
Our primary objective is to alleviate the hardship that orphans and children living in poverty face on a daily basis and to enrich their lives in order to empower them to pursue education and other opportunities.
Our goal, which can be reached with your support, is to raise enough funding to support existing orphanages, as well as to build additional orphanages and children’s homes across Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro and Macedonia. In addition, we hope to someday be in a position in which we will be able to build schools in areas that lack proper educational institutions.
